1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the 1PowerControl website and platform (the "Service"), operated by E-MAAN Digital. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
1PowerControl provides industrial monitoring and automation: data collection from meters and devices, dashboards, alarms and reports. Features may evolve over time. Hardware supply and installation are covered by the project quotation agreed with your organisation.
3. Accounts and use
- Keep your credentials confidential; organisations are responsible for their users’ actions.
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
- Alarms and dashboards support, but do not replace, your site’s own electrical protection and safety systems.
4. Data
Operational data collected from your sites belongs to your organisation. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Pricing is agreed per project and site. Fees are payable as set out in the applicable quotation or order.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, remains the property of E-MAAN Digital and its licensors.
7. Disclaimer and liability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it "as is". Readings depend on field devices and network conditions outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for the Service in that period.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
